Working Hours: 08:30 – 17:00 – Mon to Fri – Dress down Fridays with early finish and NO weekends.

What to expect:

As a member of the Compliance Team you will audit calls made by the Customer Service / Sales Advisors on a daily basis. You will work closely with the Training Manager to report any feedback on a Sales Advisors call where necessary.

You will be provided with a script to follow and use this when listening to the calls to ensure all required information has been given to the customer and that the call is compliant.

You will need to be confident, have excellent attention to detail and be able to manage your own workload.

Duties will include:

·Monitor TPI compliance, quality of calls and recorded contracts

·Work closely with the Sales Advisors to ensure all successful contracts are compliant

·Report to the Customer Service Manager / Training Coach with feedback for Sales Advisors where necessary

·Complete quality and compliance duties to assist with audit and general admin duties.

What we are looking for:

·Excellent attention to detail

·Minimum C in Maths and English GCSE (preferred but not essential)

·Computer Literate

·Ability to work in a fast-paced environment as part of team
